Y-100 THOUSAND DOLLAR BIRTHDAY GAME OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. OVERVIEW. The Y-100 THOUSAND DOLLAR BIRTHDAY GAME (the "Contest") begins April 7, 2008 and ends on May 23, 2008 (the "Contest Period"), KCYY-FM dba/Y100 ("Sponsor") will post Official Rules of the Contest that describe the entry method and prizes. The prizes offered will be announced on KCYY and described in the applicable Official Rules. The following Official Rules govern the Contest:

2. ELIGIBLITY RESTRICTIONS. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Contest is open to persons who legally reside in Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Bandera, Wilson, Medina, Atascosa, Frio, Kerr, Gillespie, Blanco, Hays, Real, Uvalde, Travis, La Salle, McMullen, Live Oak, Karnes, Gonzales or Bee County in the State of Texas, are between the ages of 18 and 80 at the time of entry, are legal U.S. residents in possession of a valid government-issued photo identification and a Social Security card. Employees of KCYY, Cox Radio, Inc., Million Dollar Media, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws. Limit one (1) prize per person. No more than one (1) winner is permitted per household or among immediate family for the duration of the contest period. For purposes of this Contest, a "household" includes all persons who are domiciled with an entrant, regardless of familial relation. Eligibility decisions will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor are final.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF "QUALIFYING PRIZE" WINNERS AND Y-100 THOUSAND DOLLAR BIRTHDAY GAME. To enter the Contest, listen to Y-100 weekdays starting Monday, April 7, 2008 through May 23, 2008, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (C.S.T.) for the Birthday Game solicit to call. When you hear the Birthday Game solicit to call, be the 10th caller at 210-470-5299. The 10th caller will be asked a series of questions by a KCYY employee to confirm his or her eligibility in conformance with these Official Rules. These questions will include, but not be limited to your name, address, phone number, date of birth and social security number. Failure to provide this information will automatically disqualify the caller from playing and/or winning. If the caller meets the eligibility, provides the required information and other requirements of these Official Rules, he or she will be declared a Prize Winner and an eligible contestant. If the 10th caller fails to meet any of the eligibility or other requirements of these Official Rules, KCYY takes the next caller in line, and if that caller meets the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules, he or she will be declared a Prize Winner. This process will be repeated until a caller satisfies the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules. The determination of a caller's eligibility will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize Winners will receive the Prize described in Paragraph 5, below, and will have a chance to win $100,000. A maximum of one hundred and forty (140) Prize Winners will be selected during the Contest. Y-100 will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a contestant's failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to KCYY during a call-in period of the Contest and prior to accepting the winning caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at KCYY's sole discretion. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification. No person will be allowed to participate in the Contest on another person's behalf. Each participating contestant must provide his or her own name and personal information to Contest supervisors. If a contestant uses a false name or presents a false identification, he or she will be immediately disqualified from the Contest and will be ineligible to win any prize, and such conduct may result in legal ramifications.

4. HOW TO PLAY THE BIRTHDAY GAME. An eligible contestant is described in Paragraph 3 above. If that official contestant's birth date, month, day and year exactly matches the entire predetermined winning birth date, month, day and year, that contestant wins the grand prize. Awarding the grand prize is solely dependent upon the verification of eligibility according to these rules by KCYY and Million Dollar Media. The grand prize will not be awarded until KCYY, and Million Dollar Media has verified the identity of the contestant and approved the claim. The prize does not cover any other expenses, including but not limited to tax. Other restrictions may apply.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS.  Prizes: Each Prize Winner will receive one hundred dollars ($100). Each Prize Winner will have the opportunity to play for One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) as described below. A maximum of one hundred and forty (140) Prize Winners will be selected during the Contest. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible contestants who call to participate during the Contest call-in periods.

"Birthday Game": Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In order for the grand prize to be awarded, the BIRTH month, day and year recorded by the contest administrator on-air, must exactly match the predetermined winning BIRTH DATE, month, day and year selected by the insurance provider that is contained in the sealed security envelope that was pre-determined by Million Dollar Media. The odds of winning the contest once selected as an official qualifier are 1:17,155. In the event of an EXACT MATCH the $100,000.00 will be paid in a 10-Year Annuity. Prize will be awarded in 10 equal annual installments of $10,000 Cash, without interest, on or about the anniversary date of a winning attempt. A maximum of (1) $100,000 10-Year Annuity grand prize(s) will be awarded per policy in the event that the official contest finalist meets all contest requirements described above, and the terms and conditions of the sponsor's contract. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or alternative prize substitution. All taxes and associated fees are the responsibility of the grand prize winner. If no contestant successfully matches the predetermined BIRTH DATE in exact order according to the contest rules and contract terms and conditions, no grand prize will be awarded. Total prize value is approximately $100,000.00 10-Year Annuity. KCYY is not responsible for and will provide no warranties regarding the use of the grand prize.

6. PRIZE CLAIM AND ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURES. Prize Winners ($100) will be paid by check via US Mail no more than 60 days after winning. The grand prize winner ($100,000) will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of date of birth at KCYY studios, 8122 Datapoint Drive, Suite 600, San Antonio, TX 78229 (office visits must be between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM (C.S.T.) within 15 days of winning and will be required to sign a release form. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions will be allowed. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any and all taxes on the prize(s). Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign the affidavit or release within, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner.

7. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each entrant's consent to the use of his or her name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness in any media, including without limitations on the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Any telephone calls placed to the KCYY / Y100 official contest line may be recorded for use on-air at any time. Prizes won and not claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will remain the property of Cox Radio, Inc / KCYY. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cox Radio, Inc / KCYY and the Contest administrators and judges. Cox Radio, Inc / KCYY reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by KCYY. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of KCYY which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Cox Radio, Inc / KCYY reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest without notice at any time and reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date(s) without notice

8. DISCLAIMERS. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that KCYY, Cox Radio, Inc., Cox Enterprises, Million Dollar Media, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of prize(s), travel to and from any prize-related activity, participation in the contest, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or for any entries that are not in compliance with these Official Rules.

9. CONSTRUCTION. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained.

10. SPONSOR. The Y-100 THOUSAND DOLLAR BIRTHDAY GAME Contest is sponsored by KCYY-FM. The decisions of Sponsor and the Contest administrators and judges regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
